Job Description

We're looking to hire a driven Business Development Associate to iterate and grow our proven B2B sales process to bring high quality craft beverages on tap to businesses across the country. We are looking for people who have a desire to learn more about sales and are looking to start their careers with a highly-structured training program and a huge opportunity for growth. This is a full-time position. Compensation consists of a competitive base salary and commission structure.

This is a remote-first position.  There is opportunity for hybrid work for candidates in the D.C. Metro Area and New York City.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage outbound lead campaigns through Close.io (CRM) to qualify potential sales prospects.
  • Draft and send effective outbound email sequences to convert potential prospects.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline and complete the full sales cycle (lead-close) via phone and email communications.
  • Help to field inbound leads via phone, email, and website submissions.  
  • Use CRM (Close.io) and other sales tools, build prospect lists, and organize and maintain a steady lead list. 
  • Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
  • Present sales trends and findings to the internal Revenue Team. 
  • Support Sales team with various projects.

  • 0-1 years of sales experience (no prior sales experience necessary).

Preferred Skills

  • Google Suite, CRM, Canva, Excellent Communication, Highly Organized, Clear and Concise Writing Style, MailChimp, and Knowledge of the Coffee Industry.
