Street Team Manager

The Street Team Manager is the leader of our Nitro Cold Brew Trikes program and is directly responsible for the success of one of Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters’ most recognized programs. The Street Team Manager oversees the development of professionalism, salesmanship, craftsmanship, and customer service excellence within the program. He or she will work with Leadership to identify and set short- and long-term goals for Street Team’s operation. Street Team Managers are responsible for managing payroll, hitting sales targets, hiring & training great people, and researching & launching new trike locations. The Street Team Manager is responsible for the success of the entire Street Team program.

  • Experienced in leading teams or store management. Interested in leading a mobile fleet, supporting maintenance and operations.
  • Experienced with conducting and coordinate hiring, onboarding and training of new and current team members.
  • Experienced in monitoring reports and co-creating strategies for improving operations.
  • Interested in creating training, marketing, operational, and sales strategies, and much more.
  • Interested in creating winning situations.
  • Interested in delighting and engaging customers and building a community of neighbors.
  • Interested in joining an enthusiastic and friendly team of passionate coffee lovers.
