The Barista is the master craftsperson at Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters. Blending art and science, the Barista meticulously prepares high-quality coffee with friendly professionalism. The Barista also provides exceptional customer service and assistance with other coffee shop responsibilities as needed.

- You LOVE coffee
- You are outgoing and engaging, highly professional, willing to learn, give strong attention to detail, and are intellectually curious.
- You are interested in becoming a coffee quality expert, learning everything from espresso to manual pour-overs.
- You are excited about joining an enthusiastic and friendly team of passionate coffee lovers.
Essential Functions
- Maintain a positive presence as the first face customers see at CWJ and provide excellent customer service through the coffee-making process.
- Complete and retain on the job training in the art of coffee making.
- Embody the values and integrity in line with the CWJ brand in an effort to contribute to the positive company culture.
