Role Description
We're looking for a Full-Time Brewing Production Associate to support our Nitro Cold Brew, Tea, and Seltzer Production team in Beltsville, Maryland. You would be supporting the Production Lead in the completion of essential brewery tasks in order to produce Commonwealth Joe's most important products including our Award-Winning cold brew, tea, and seltzer.. As you learn how to brew our products, you will learn the brewing science behind our methods. While you will be focused on large scale, commercial brewing and kegging, there may be opportunities to have exposure to our roasting operation. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Essential Functions
- Arrive to all shifts on time.
- Follow procedures and recipes related to brewing cold brew, tea, and seltzer.
- Transfer coffee into kegs, nitrogenate them, and prepare them for delivery.
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment.
- Grind coffee beans.
- Clean and organize production space.
- Use forklifts to move around supplies in production facility.
- Receive deliveries.
- Build and brand kegerators along with corresponding equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair damaged equipment.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

- You have a reliable form of transportation to get to our production facility.
- You are energetic and flexible. Depending on demand, work can range from 8 to 10 hours on any given day.
- You find accomplishment through completing a list of concrete tasks within a deadline.
- You enjoy solving physical, mechanical problems.
- You enjoy working on teams.
- You maintain positive and professional relationships.
- You thrive in a flexible work culture while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- You are able to handle heavy lifting (50+ lbs) consistently (as you will be dealing with stainless steel kegs).
- Willing to load and unload vehicles.
Schedule
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
