CWJ Cold Brew coffee helps to sell and retain members at co-working spaces. It also helps to cultivate social engagement, community, and a productive working environment. CWJ conducted a survey to receive feedback on product, service, and co-working member experience from an existing co-working customer. 29 co-working team members spanning 12 locations completed the survey. Here were some of the key takeaways:
- 41% believed CWJ Nitro Cold Brew is the most valued amenity by co-working members.
- 100% of surveyed staff have used CWJ Nitro Cold Brew as a selling point with nearly half of staff leveraging CWJ Nitro Cold Brew every time.
- ~75% believed CWJ Nitro Cold Brew helps drive prospective members to join the co-working company.
- ~90% of the surveyed Staff think CWJ is a far better vendor than others they work with.
- ~95% are very satisfied with the CWJ Nitro Cold Brew coffee program quality.
- ~90% are very satisfied with the CWJ Nitro Cold Brew coffee program level of service.
